Description

Buffalo Chicken Dip with Greek Yogurt is a creamy and spicy dip perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a creamier dip, you can add an extra 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
  • To make it spicier, increase the amount of buffalo sauce or add a few dashes of hot sauce to the mixture.
