- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier dip, you can add an extra 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
- To make it spicier, increase the amount of buffalo sauce or add a few dashes of hot sauce to the mixture.
