Ingredients
- 12 oz bow tie (farfalle) pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or feta cheese
- 3/4 cup ranch or Italian dressing
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, add the pasta, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, red onion, and cheese.
Pour dressing over the ingredients and toss until well coated.
Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs
