Ingredients

  • 12 oz bow tie (farfalle) pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup ranch or Italian dressing
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  • In a large bowl, add the pasta, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, red onion, and cheese.

  • Pour dressing over the ingredients and toss until well coated.

  • Season with salt and pepper as needed.
