Ingredients

    • Boneless chicken thighs or breasts
    • Andouille sausage
    • Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
    • Onion, diced
    • Bell peppers, diced
    • Celery, chopped
    • Garlic, minced
    • Diced tomatoes
    • Chicken broth
    • Long-grain rice
    • Cajun seasoning
    • Smoked paprika
    • Dried thyme
    • Bay leaves
    • Salt and pepper

 


Instructions
