Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or stevia (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk; if too thin, add more frozen berries or ice cubes.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding extra honey or stevia if desired.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
Notes
- Use fresh berries instead of frozen, but add ice for a colder texture.
- Swap almond milk for oat milk or coconut milk for a different flavor.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
