- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
Toss sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Stir-fry beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
Add garlic and ginger, then stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
Return beef to the pan and stir in oyster sauce and hoisin sauce. Cook until heated through.
Serve over rice.
