Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  • Toss sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and set aside.

  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Stir-fry beef until browned, then remove and set aside.

  • Add garlic and ginger, then stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender.

  • Return beef to the pan and stir in oyster sauce and hoisin sauce. Cook until heated through.

  • Serve over rice.
