This Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein is the perfect combination of tender beef, crisp broccoli, and chewy noodles tossed in a savory, garlicky sauce. It’s quick, easy, and better than takeout—ready in just 25 minutes!
Ingredients
- 8 oz lo mein noodles (or spaghetti)
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
Cook the Noodles: Boil the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Cook the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Broccoli: In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly tender.
Combine Everything: Add the cooked beef and noodles back to the pan. Pour in the sauce and toss to coat everything evenly.
Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy hot!

- For extra flavor, marinate the beef in 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch for 15 minutes before cooking.
