Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and blackberries.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped mint leaves to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Notes
- For a sweeter twist, add a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup to the dressing.
