- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and mix until the pasta is well combined with the tomatoes and seasonings.
- Crumble the Boursin cheese over the pasta mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
