Description

Pigs in a blanket are a simple yet delicious appetizer featuring mini sausages wrapped in golden, flaky crescent roll dough.   • 10 oz can crescent roll dough

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the dough by unrolling the crescent roll sheet onto a cutting board. Separate it into individual triangles, then cut each triangle into three smaller pieces.
  • Wrap the sausages by placing one Lit’L Smokie at the wide end of each triangle and rolling it toward the narrow end.
  • Arrange on the baking sheet with space between each piece for even baking.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces, such as mustard, barbecue sauce, or cheese dip.
