- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, press into a baking dish. Bake for 8 minutes. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust.
- Toss apples with cinnamon and brown sugar, then spread over cheesecake layer. For topping, combine flour and brown sugar, cut in butter until crumbly, then sprinkle on top. Bake for 35–40 minutes.
- Chill before slicing.

- Great served cold or at room temp. Add a drizzle of caramel for extra indulgence.
