- Dissolve 1 tablespoon of instant espresso powder in 2 tablespoons of hot water until fully dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and 1-2 tablespoons of sweetener until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats, ¾ cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (if using), and 1 scoop of protein powder with a pinch of salt.
- Combine the creamy milk mixture with the dry mixture, ensuring all ingredients are well mixed.
- Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- In the morning, stir and adjust consistency with milk, then top as desired and enjoy.
