Step-by-Step Instructions for Sushi Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a medium-sized baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Mix cooled rice into the mixture and press into the baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and wasabi. Fold in crab.
  5. Spread the crab mixture over the rice. Drizzle with extra mayonnaise and sriracha, top with furikake.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
