  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream For fluffiness.
  • 1/2 cup Confectioners’ Sugar Sweetens filling.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract For deep flavor.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tins by turning them upside down.
  2. Melt the butter, dip each tortilla in it, then coat with graham cracker crumbs and shape over muffin cups. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Cook chopped strawberries, sugar, and water over medium heat until softened. Mix cornstarch with water, add to strawberries, and cook until thickened.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add heavy cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla; mix until fluffy.
  5. Once the shells are cool, fill them with cheesecake filling and top with warm strawberry sauce. Serve immediately.
