- Cook the uncooked rice according to package instructions, usually simmering in water for 15-20 minutes. Keep warm.
- Chop the broccoli into small florets and set aside.
- Slice the chicken breasts into strips and season with salt, pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and oregano.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in olive oil. Sauté seasoned chicken strips for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Add chopped broccoli to the skillet with the chicken and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sticky sauce and pour into the skillet, simmering for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Combine mayonnaise and water in a bowl to create a drizzle consistency, adding Sriracha if desired.
- To serve, place rice in bowls, top with chicken and broccoli, drizzle with spicy mayo and sprinkle sesame seeds.
