Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine ginger simple syrup, orange juice, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.
  6. Top the drink with sparkling apple cider, pouring slowly to maintain fizz.
