Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by slicing your beef into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick, and marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet, add sliced onions, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Sear marinated beef strips in the same wok for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the wok, stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add soy sauce and oyster sauce, simmering for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Return onions to the wok with sliced bell peppers, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until peppers are tender, and serve immediately.
