Ingredients
  

For the Honey Syrup
  • ½ cup Honey Consider using agave syrup as an alternative.
  • ½ cup Still Water
  • Slices of root Ginger Use ginger powder as an alternative if desired.
For the Mocktail
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water Flavored sparkling water can be used.
  • Ice Cubes/Crushed Choose based on preference.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium pot, combine ½ cup of honey, ½ cup of still water, and a few slices of root ginger. Heat over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until fully dissolved and slightly syrupy. Remove from heat, discard ginger, and cool completely.
  2. Fill two tumbler glasses halfway with ice cubes or crushed ice.
  3. Once the honey syrup is cool, pour approximately ½ cup of syrup into each glass over the ice.
  4. Top each glass with 1 cup of sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately and enjoy!
