Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Wonton Chips: Cut the wonton wrappers diagonally into triangles for chips. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and air fry chips for 3 minutes or fry in oil for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  2. Make the Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in half & half and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Whisk in cream cheese until melted. Add hot sauce and crab meat, blend until creamy.
  3. Assemble Nachos: Layer wonton chips on a platter. Spoon warm crab mixture over chips, top with pepper jack cheese and optional garnishes.
