Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients and ensure silicone molds are lightly greased. Set up your candy thermometer.
  2. In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, corn syrup, and water. Stir over medium heat until fully dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Kool-Aid powder until incorporated. Add baking soda slowly while stirring, enjoying the fizz.
  4. Return to heat, bringing to a boil while monitoring the temperature closely until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage). This takes about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into prepared silicone molds, insert lollipop sticks, and let cool for 30-45 minutes to set.
  6. Gently twist and pull each lollipop from the molds. Optionally roll in sugar for extra sweetness and shine.
