Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 3 ounces of softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt, 2 teaspoons of ranch seasoning, and ½ teaspoon of garlic powder. Beat until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Chop 1 large cucumber, finely dice 2 jalapenos, and prepare 12.5 ounces of chicken. Chop ¼ cup of green onions.
  3. Fold in the chopped cucumber, chicken, diced jalapenos, ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more ranch seasoning or lemon juice if desired. Let the salad rest for about 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions or crumbled bacon.
