- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 3 ounces of softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt, 2 teaspoons of ranch seasoning, and ½ teaspoon of garlic powder. Beat until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Chop 1 large cucumber, finely dice 2 jalapenos, and prepare 12.5 ounces of chicken. Chop ¼ cup of green onions.
- Fold in the chopped cucumber, chicken, diced jalapenos, ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more ranch seasoning or lemon juice if desired. Let the salad rest for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions or crumbled bacon.
