Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Score the surface of your fully cooked ham making diagonal cuts.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and orange zest.
- Place your scored ham cut-side down in a large baking dish.
- Generously brush the honey glaze over the surface of the ham.
- Bake the ham for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
- About 45 minutes before finishing, uncover and glaze every 15 minutes.
- Let the ham rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
