Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Score the surface of your fully cooked ham making diagonal cuts.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and orange zest.
  4. Place your scored ham cut-side down in a large baking dish.
  5. Generously brush the honey glaze over the surface of the ham.
  6. Bake the ham for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
  7. About 45 minutes before finishing, uncover and glaze every 15 minutes.
  8. Let the ham rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
