- In a high-speed blender, combine 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of chilled coffee. Blend on medium speed for about 15 seconds until well mixed.
- Add 0.5 cup of plain yogurt, 0.5 cup of quick-cooking oats, and 2 tablespoons of almond butter to the blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Blend for another 15 to 30 seconds until fully combined.
- Check the consistency; it should be thick yet pourable. If too thick, add a splash of milk and blend briefly.
