- In a zip-top bag, combine the chicken, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
- Prepare your grill. Lightly oil the grates and preheat one side to high heat (around 400°F) and the other to medium.
- Wash and cut the broccoli into florets, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in a grill basket.
- Place the broccoli on the high-heat side of the grill and transfer the marinated chicken to the medium-heat side. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and stir the broccoli for even cooking. Grill for another 5 minutes, or until the chicken juices run clear.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with lemon zest and fresh herbs. Serve with your choice of sides.
