Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the back of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail base.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, ensuring you remove any impurities or membrane.
- Mix together salt, black pepper, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the lobster tails.
- Bake the lobster tails for approximately 10 minutes, until the meat is opaque and slightly firm.
- Prepare the garlic butter sauce by melting butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in garlic, lemon zest, parsley, and spices.
- Brush the exposed lobster meat with half of your garlic butter mixture.
- Switch to broil on high and broil the lobster tails for an additional 3 minutes until golden.
- Plate the lobster tails alongside lemon wedges and drizzle with the reserved garlic butter sauce.
