For Coating
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Melting with a bit of coconut oil helps
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Use it for smooth melting chocolate
  • to taste Flaky Sea Salt Optional but recommended

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Combine Greek yogurt and frozen blueberries in a medium bowl and fold together.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet to form clusters.
  4. Freeze for 1 to 1.5 hours until the clusters are solid.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Let melted chocolate cool for 5 minutes before dipping.
  7. Dip the frozen clusters in chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle flaky sea salt over chocolate sets.
  9. Return to freezer for an additional 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
