Method
- Combine fresh honeydew chunks, raw cane sugar, and unsweetened plant milk in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold and place them in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- Remove from molds by running warm water over the outside; gently pull on the sticks to release.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
