Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh honeydew chunks For primary flavor and sweetness
  • 1/4 cup Raw cane sugar Can substitute with maple syrup
  • 1 cup Unsweetened plant milk Soymilk recommended; almond or oat milk as alternatives

  • Popsicle molds

Method
 

  1. Combine fresh honeydew chunks, raw cane sugar, and unsweetened plant milk in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold and place them in the freezer.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  5. Remove from molds by running warm water over the outside; gently pull on the sticks to release.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
