Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil salted water in a large pot, add lasagna noodles, and cook for 8-10 minutes, then drain and lay flat.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, add milk, and season for béchamel sauce.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté garlic and mushrooms, then add seafood and cook until shrimp is pink, stirring in half the béchamel.
- In baking dish, layer béchamel, noodles, seafood filling, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
