  • 8 ounces Deli Turkey Meat opt for high-quality deli meat
  • 2 tablespoons Light Butter Spread add more for a richer finish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat or preheat your panini press to medium-high.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of apple butter on each of the four slices of bread.
  3. On two slices of bread with apple butter, layer half of the chopped sage, half of the cheddar cheese, thinly sliced apple, and deli turkey.
  4. Place the remaining slices of bread on top with the apple butter side facing down.
  5. Spread light butter over the top and bottom of each sandwich.
  6. Cook sandwiches in the skillet or press for 2-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Remove and let cool for a minute, then slice and serve hot.
