Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add 1 pound of sliced chicken sausage to the pot and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Toss in 2 cups of broccoli florets and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in 2 cups of orzo pasta and 4 cups of chicken broth, along with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
