Method
 

Blend the Base
  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of lychee syrup, and the juice of half a lime. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
Add Crushed Ice
  1. Add 1 to 2 cups of crushed ice to the blender and blend again on high for another 30 seconds until frosty.
Pour and Serve
