Blend the Base
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of lychee syrup, and the juice of half a lime. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
Add Crushed Ice
- Add 1 to 2 cups of crushed ice to the blender and blend again on high for another 30 seconds until frosty.
Pour and Serve
- Carefully pour the blended drink into tall glasses, filling about three-quarters full.
Garnish the Drink
- Garnish each glass with whole lychees and a wedge of lime on the rim.
Enjoy Immediately
- Serve right away for the best texture and temperature; add more crushed ice if desired.
