Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes while seasoning chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken on the grill or pan for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Prepare bacon in a separate pan, cooking 5-6 minutes per side until crispy, then chop.
  4. Combine chopped chicken with crumbled bacon and ranch dressing in a bowl, mixing until well combined.
  5. Slice sub rolls lengthwise, toast the insides on the grill for about 2 minutes if desired.
  6. Fill each toasted roll with the chicken and bacon mixture, topping with fresh lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
  7. Serve immediately while warm for the best flavor.
