  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1-2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese or mozzarella/Monterey Jack
  • 1 cup Beef Broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Brown the ground beef in the skillet, breaking it into smaller pieces for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic for about 3-4 minutes until onion is translucent.
  4. Add diced potatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour in the beef broth, stir, and cover the skillet. Let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Once the potatoes are tender, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
