  • 1 tablespoon Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (EBTB) Use generously for flavor.
  • 5-6 pieces Cherry Tomatoes Slice for garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon Chives/Green Onions Chop for garnishing.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your toaster or oven to 400°F (200°C). Toast slices of sourdough bread until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. While the sourdough is warm, spread salted butter on each slice.
  3. Slice half to two-thirds of a ripe avocado and layer it evenly on each toast. Mash slightly if needed.
  4. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of cottage cheese onto the avocado layers.
  5. Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning over the cottage cheese.
  6. Slice fresh cherry tomatoes and scatter them atop your toast. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
  7. Add a final sprinkle of Everything But The Bagel seasoning and cracked black pepper before serving.
