Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9x13 inch sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, toss the cut russet potatoes with olive oil and one-third of the ranch seasoning mix until evenly coated. Spread in one-third of the prepared sheet pan.
- Add the frozen broccoli florets to the bowl, drizzle with olive oil and the remaining ranch seasoning, then toss to coat. Place in the middle third of the sheet pan.
- Drizzle the boneless chicken with remaining olive oil and ranch seasoning, rub in for flavor, then arrange on the last third of the sheet pan.
- Scatter the chopped raw bacon evenly across all ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the pan and sprinkle cheddar cheese over everything. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, let the dish rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
For best results, pat chicken dry before seasoning. Cut potatoes smaller for extra crispiness.
