Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9x13 inch sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cut russet potatoes with olive oil and one-third of the ranch seasoning mix until evenly coated. Spread in one-third of the prepared sheet pan.
  3. Add the frozen broccoli florets to the bowl, drizzle with olive oil and the remaining ranch seasoning, then toss to coat. Place in the middle third of the sheet pan.
  4. Drizzle the boneless chicken with remaining olive oil and ranch seasoning, rub in for flavor, then arrange on the last third of the sheet pan.
  5. Scatter the chopped raw bacon evenly across all ingredients.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, remove the pan and sprinkle cheddar cheese over everything. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
