  • 1 cup Seedless Grapes, halved
  • 2 Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup Pomegranate Seeds
Dressing
  • 1 Juice of Orange
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Can substitute with maple syrup for vegan.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Toppings
  • ¼ cup Chopped Walnuts Add just before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine apples, pears, grapes, kiwi, and pomegranate seeds in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together orange juice, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle walnuts on top.
  6. Serve chilled in a bowl.
