Method
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add the egg, strawberry extract, vanilla extract, and food coloring, mixing until combined.

Form the Dough:

Shape the Cookies:
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.

- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until set but still soft.
Add the Chocolate Kiss:
- Immediately after removing from the oven, gently press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Let cool completely to allow the chocolate to set.
