Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook beef with onion and garlic until browned. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in tomato sauce and cauliflower rice. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half the cabbage, then the meat mixture, then the remaining cabbage.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover, top with cheese, and bake 10 more minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Swap ground beef with ground turkey or pork. You can also add crushed red pepper for a spicy kick.
