Divide the turkey mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the turkey patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
While the patties are cooking, prepare the chipotle mayo by mixing the mayonnaise and chipotle sauce in a small bowl. Adjust the heat to your preference.
Toast the slider buns lightly in the skillet or in a toaster.
Assemble the sliders by spreading chipotle mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Place a turkey patty on top, followed by a slice of avocado, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomatoes if using. Top with the other half of the bun.
