Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 2 cups cooked turkey shredded or sliced
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese or provolone
  • 8 rolls slider rolls or mini brioche buns
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • poppy seeds optional
  • chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice your slider rolls in half and arrange the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth. Spread the mixture on the cut side of each bottom roll.
  4. Layer cooked turkey over the sauced bottom halves, followed by a layer of whole berry cranberry sauce.
  5. Place slices of Swiss cheese over the cranberry layer, then cover with the top halves of the slider rolls.
  6. In a small bowl, melt unsalted butter and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, and optional poppy seeds. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Let the sliders cool for a few minutes, slice carefully, and serve warm.
