Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice your slider rolls in half and arrange the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth. Spread the mixture on the cut side of each bottom roll.
- Layer cooked turkey over the sauced bottom halves, followed by a layer of whole berry cranberry sauce.
- Place slices of Swiss cheese over the cranberry layer, then cover with the top halves of the slider rolls.
- In a small bowl, melt unsalted butter and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, and optional poppy seeds. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Let the sliders cool for a few minutes, slice carefully, and serve warm.
