- Mix well with your hands until combined.
Shape the Frikadellen:
- Divide into 4-6 portions and shape into flat, oval-shaped patties about ½ inch thick.
Cook the Frikadellen:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked.

- Serve hot with mashed potatoes, mustard, bread rolls, or salad.
