- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Melt a tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet over medium heat and sauté the fresh spinach for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Pour 3/4 cup of marinara sauce into the bottom of the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Layer half of the frozen spinach ravioli over the sauce evenly.
- Sprinkle sautéed spinach over the ravioli, followed by a generous handful of grated parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining ravioli, adding more marinara sauce and parmesan on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes if using fresh ravioli or 30 minutes for frozen.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
