  • 2 cups Creamy Tomato Sauce Blend of passata, garlic, onion, and mascarpone
For the Greens
  • 4 cups Spinach Fresh or thawed frozen
For the Cheese Topping
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Substitute ricotta if desired
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Aged preferred

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and set aside a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, drizzle olive oil and sauté minced garlic and chopped onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in passata, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Fold in the gnocchi and spinach and stir until coated.
  5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
