Method
- Combine all dry spices and rub over the brisket.
- Place brisket in the slow cooker and pour beef broth around it.
- Cover and cook on low for 8–10 hours or high for 5–6 hours.
- Remove brisket, slice or shred.
- Add BBQ sauce to slow cooker juices, return brisket, and toss to coat.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.

- For a smokier taste, use liquid smoke or smoked paprika.
- Sear the brisket beforehand for extra depth.
