Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine well-drained chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese. Add onion and garlic powder, and the egg yolk. Mix until creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and cut each triangle in half.
  4. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the filling into the center of each triangle, fold dough over and seal edges.
  5. Beat an egg white and brush over each filled crescent roll.
  6. Space the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
