Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just incorporated.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey. Stir for 5 minutes until smooth and heated through.
  6. Transfer baked meatballs into the saucepan and toss in the glaze until evenly coated.
  7. Serve the glazed meatballs on a platter, garnished with additional chopped parsley.
