Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey over medium heat, stirring for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  6. Gently toss the baked meatballs in the warm cranberry glaze until fully coated.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm with your favorite sides.
