Ingredients
  

  • 48- ounce bag of fully cooked frozen homestyle meatballs
  • 12 ounces sweet red chili sauce such as Thai Kitchen
  • 20 ounces grape jelly
  • 20- ounce can of pineapple tidbits drained

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen meatballs into your crockpot.
  2. Add the sweet chili sauce, grape jelly, and drained pineapple tidbits.
  3. Stir all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure the meatballs are evenly coated.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 1-2 hours or low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once cooked, stir again to distribute the sauce evenly.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer, over rice, or in a sandwich.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add crushed red pepper flakes or a splash of sriracha.
  • If using homemade meatballs, pre-cook them before adding to the crockpot.
  • Swap grape jelly for apricot preserves or cranberry sauce for a flavor variation.
