Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Spread sweet potato mixture into the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over sweet potatoes.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Add marshmallows on top and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and gooey.
Notes
- For a nutty crunch, add chopped pecans to the topping.
- You can prepare this dish a day in advance and bake when ready to serve.
