  1. Prepare ribs by trimming excess fat and membrane, then pat them dry.
  2. Make the rub by mixing brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger; apply to ribs.
  3. Cook ribs using the oven method at 300°F for 2.5 to 3 hours wrapped in foil.
  4. For Instant Pot, cook on high pressure for 30 to 40 minutes with 1 cup of water.
  5. For slow cooker, cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Prepare the sauce by mixing sweet chili sauce, grated ginger, fish sauce, and lime juice.
  7. Glaze ribs with the sauce and grill or broil for 5-10 minutes until caramelized.
