Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Whisk together until well blended.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and add them to the bowl with the marinade. Toss to coat the chicken evenly and add sliced peaches and chopped jalapeños.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Once soaked, thread the marinated chicken, peach slices, and jalapeño pieces onto the skewers.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 500°F. Oil the grill grates lightly.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook them for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  6. Check the internal temperature of the chicken, it should reach 165°F. Remove the skewers from the grill when done.
  7. Let the skewers rest for a minute before serving.
